Prior to founding Elasticiti in 2012, Ben was eXelate's General Manager responsible for growing its data cooperative and DMP business. Prior to eXelate Ben held VP roles at Operative in Sales Engineering, Account Management, and Strategic Development. Before joining Operative, Ben was About.com's VP of Sales Operations for six years. Ben started his career at Uproar.com where he trafficked ad campaigns over Telnet to a home-grown adserver hosted in Budapest Hungary.
Ben created the Online Ad Reporting (OAR) XML data exchange standard which was later adopted by the IAB as the basis for its e-Business initiative. He is also the Founder and Host of the NY Yield Meetup. Ben holds a BA from Boston University.
A veteran of About.com, Purch, and Dstillery, Kanchan brings a wealth of experience working with internal teams as well as the buy side.
Mark manages our solutions and data visualization centers of excellence for Elasticiti.
Mark has a BA from Rice University and an MBA from Dartmouth College
Rob Tsai is Elasticiti's Principal responsible for client solutions and internal technology standards.
Prior to joining Elasticiti Rob held Senior Solutions roles at Collective Media, Pubmatic, and Conductor. Rob was a key part of the Rapt team which was ultimately acquired by MicroSoft. Rob started his career at Salomon Brothers.
Rob holds a BA from Princeton University.
Sara specializes in data pipelines, predictive analytics and interactive visualization.
Sara is a graduate of the NYC Data Science Academy, holds a BA from McGill University in Sociology and an MA from the American University in Cairo in Economics.
Nora is Elasticiti's marketing weapon; she leads the company’s day-to-day digital marketing initiatives and develops resources for lead generation. With 2+ years in event planning, she also organizes the New York Yield and New York Tableau MeetUps. Passionate about social sciences, Nora received a BS degree in Economics & Management from the University of Strasbourg, and left France to get her MA in Economics at the University of Missouri. Because Nora understands the power of analytics, she is right at home translating data into actionable marketing decisions.
