Ben Reid

CEO
Prior to founding Elasticiti in 2012, Ben was eXelate's General Manager responsible for growing its data cooperative and DMP business. Prior to eXelate Ben held VP roles at Operative in Sales Engineering, Account Management, and Strategic Development. Before joining Operative, Ben was About.com's VP of Sales Operations for six years. Ben started his career at Uproar.com where he trafficked ad campaigns over Telnet to a home-grown adserver hosted in Budapest Hungary.

Ben created the Online Ad Reporting (OAR) XML data exchange standard which was later adopted by the IAB as the basis for its e-Business initiative. He is also the Founder and Host of the NY Yield Meetup and NY Tableau Meetup. Ben holds a BA from Boston University.

Before joining Elasticiti, Kim provided big data and BI analytics to several influential organizations such as the Federal Reserve of NY, Ernst & Young, and Coca Cola. She stands out through her ability to build a bridge between IT teams and key business stakeholders which she empowers with insightful Tableau dashboards. Her dexterity in handling all sorts of data makes her a true data analytics ninja, and a proud University of Toronto alumni.


Yi Hu

Yi is our Amazon Web Services whispered and he is a talented programmer that mastered the art of coding and aims to leverage scalable resources to enhance performance via SQL, Java, Python and others. In 8yrs of experience Yi has worn many hats, from front end, back end developer to software engineer. Yi has build a strong set of skills and knowledge not only through his professional experience but also thanks to a strong education at UCLA with a Bachelor of Science both in Computer Science and in Mathematics/Economics, followed by a Master of Science in Mathematics in Finance at NYU.
